QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL (IQAC)
The
establishment of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is necessary for
maintaining long-term quality standards. It is a significant administrative
body that is responsible for all quality matters. It is the prime
responsibility of IQAC to initiate, plan and supervise various activities that
are necessary to increase the quality in Teaching, Learning and Evaluation, to
adopt the best practices, and to manage different aspects of administration.
IQAC of the institution promote and determine quality related programs and
activities such as Seminars, Workshops, conferences, academic related
competitions, various types of exams academic meetings etc.
THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF IQAC
1.
To develop a continuous monitoring system for consistent improvement in
the academic, administrative and research performance of the college.
2.
To promote students for innovation and excellence in Academics, and
promotion in skills
FUNCTIONS OF IQAC
1. Dissemination of information
on various quality parameters of higher education.
2. Development and
application of quality parameters for various academic and administrative
activities of the
institution.
3. Documentation of
the various activities leading to quality improvement
4. Arrangement for
feedback response from students and other stakeholders on quality improvement
processes.
5. Organization of inter and
intra institutional workshops, seminars.
